Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we belive that is the best customer can get at the price. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:

1. If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery. 

2. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to.

3. At SHOPPEETIME each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.

4. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from SHOPPEETIME, you may contact the SHOPPEETIME Team with your complaints/ feedbacks at care@shoppeetimecom. We shall revert back to you at the earliest.
Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

Partial refunds:

In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, SHOPPEETIME unable to deliver certain products, the Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, SHOPPEETIME shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products.

The Customer may take note of the following:

1. The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.

2. The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.

3. Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around. 

4. Please note that there maybe minor differences incase of product color due to lighting conditions at the time of shooting and monitor display resolutions.

5. We hope that people who buy product with beads and sequences understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Most of such problems can be avoided during stitching. Tailor can hide the part which has less sequences or he can fix it all together. Before returning the product please ask your tailor if it can be adjusted. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive similar product again.
